Software Answers relocates headquarters to Brecksville

Software Answers, Inc. has relocated their headquarters to 6770 W. Snowville Rd. in Brecksville, Ohio. Software Answers, est. 1994, is an Information Technology company whose primary focus is in K-12 Education sector with their software product ProgressBook. ProgressBook is an online Gradebook, Lesson Plan, Attendance, Special Education and Parent Access application that allows teacher to record and monitor their students’ performance and allows parents (and students) to securely view their children’s performance daily. ProgressBook is running in over 60% of the Ohio Public Schools and in a total of 10 states. Software Answers will be occupying the entire second floor of the building and this will help position them well for the anticipated continued growth of ProgressBook. DALAD GROUP RENOVATING SOUTHPOINTE CORPORATE CENTER IN BRECKSVILLE, OHIO

Renovation is currently underway on SouthPointe Corporate Center, a three building 86,000 square foot business center located on West Snowville Road in Brecksville, Ohio. Southpointe Corporate Center was acquired by the Dalad Group in March 2007. Each of the three multi-tenant office buildings in the Corporate Center will undergo complete infrastructure replacements including roofs, HVAC, Digital Controls, site paving, site landscaping, site signage, base building electrical upgrades, and updates to fire alarm and security systems. In addition to the infrastructure improvements, each building facade will be updated to include redesigned curtain wall main entries and lobby redesign. Project Design Services have been provided by KA Architecture, and general contracting is provided by the Dalad Group’s in-house construction entity, Dalad Construction Company.
SouthPointe Corporate Center offers private entrances for each tenant and ample surface parking in a heavily wooded, park-like setting located away from high traffic areas, but conveniently accessible via I-77 and the Ohio Turnpike. Four new tenants have already signed leases and taken occupancy in the park. Each firm utilized Dalad Construction Company’s turn–key tenant fit out services to design and build new state of the art office space to better position them to compete more efficiently in today’s difficult marketplace, and allow future growth.
