Company’s flagship property, Beacon Place that opened in 1997, the Gold Building, the Spectrum Building , Rockside Center III , and the Genesis Building .
The company also developed and manages the very successful Rockside Corners
Shopping Center located at the corner of Rockside Road and State Route #21.
In addition to the
office portfolio, the Dalad Group owns and manages over 200,000 sf of
