The Dalad Group owns and manages a diverse portfolio of over 40 commercial properties located throughout the I-77 & I-480 business corridor and Warehouse District of Downtown Cleveland, Ohio.†The portfolio includes over 600,000 sf of class A and B office space in the Rockside Road corridor under direct ownership and management along with over 400 acres of commercially zoned land in close proximity.

Well known Dalad Group office properties located in the Rockside Road business corridor include the Companyís flagship property, Beacon Place that opened in 1997, the Spectrum Building , Rockside Center III , and the Genesis Building . The company also developed and manages the very successful Rockside Corners Shopping Center located at the corner of Rockside Road and State Route #21.

In addition to the office portfolio, the Dalad Group owns and manages over 200,000 sf of Office/Warehouse flex properties spread across ten different buildings located in Broadview Heights, Ohio and Valley View, Ohio. Daladís flex properties are all geographically situated with good Interstate highway access to the Cleveland-Akron marketplace.

Other Dalad holdings include sixteen single occupant light industrial properties, three truck terminals, Multi-tenant retail properties, and Historic Rehabilitation properties located in the warehouse district of downtown Cleveland.
