Two 63,000 SF Class A office buildings linked by a central conference facility and lunchroom.  Future site development includes a 100 room extended-stay hotel.  Phase I opened first quarter, 2004 with Phase II currently in the final planning stages.

         §          Pioneer Building (Garfield Heights).

Two (2) buildings totaling 120,000 SF. This project involves the successful rehabilitation of a former corporate headquarters facility.  High ceilings, open space and ample parking accommodate high-density tenants.  The first of two buildings opened first quarter 2004.

§          Oaktree Office Park (Independence, Ohio).

900,000 SF, 100-acre office park.  Masterplan completed.  Three restaurants have been completed and are open on Rockside Road. Build-to-suit and joint venture opportunities available in addition to multi-tenant leased space.
