The Dalad Group’s tenant services team is trained and empowered to anticipate, resolve and manage service needs in a pro-active way. Our goal is to clearly demonstrate a genuine concern for meeting or exceeding the service expectations of our tenants. In house services include:

Keith Masters – Vice President of Property Management Services

Keith has overall responsibility for tenant services, tenant construction, and property management functions. He interacts with leasing, legal, accounting, property operations and the construction department to ensure services are prioritized and delivered smoothly. Lloyd Mazur – Vice President – Real Estate Services

Lloyd oversees the leasing effort for all Dalad Group properties. Lloyd is available to answer questions concerning your lease, or to assist you with a search for available space at any Dalad Group property. Wynn Gerber – Controller

Wynn is responsible for all accounting, tax, cash management, human resource administration, risk management, and information systems. Wynn’s oversees tenant billings for rent, utilities, CAM, taxes, insurance and passthrough operating expense billings. Kevin Krcmar – Operations Manager

Kevin is responsible for coordination of day-to-day property operations, delivery of tenant services, facility management, property maintenance and repair functions at all Dalad Group properties. Kevin also coordinates the tenant work order program ensuring that work orders received from tenants are handled expediently. Bob Tomajko – Tenant Construction Manager 

Bob coordinates construction activities occurring within tenant-leased premises. Cost estimating, selecting and coordinating sub contractors, development of construction drawings and handling the permit process all fall into Bob’s area of responsibility. Pam Milani – Property Management Accountant

Lane Lisy – Tenant Services Specialist

Lane is typically the first person to talk to regarding work order requests for services within your leased premises or to call in items in need of repair at the property. Lane enters work orders into our system, prioritizes the service requests, and dispatches them to the appropriate service person. Kristine Kukich – Tenant Services Accounts Receivable Administrator

Kristine is responsible for keeping tenant contact information up to date, answering incoming questions from tenants regarding rental payments due, and serves as a back up to Lane Lisy for entering work orders and dispatching response personnel. Report an emergency during normal business hours

If you need to report a non-life safety emergency during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm) such as flooding or suite lockout during normal business hours please call 216-447-0070. If your call is related to a possible fire, other immediate safety hazard or medical emergency, call 9-1-1 first then notify the Dalad Group at 216-447-0070 or 216-244-2667 or 216-214-4440.

 

Contact someone for maintenance assistance after normal business hours Dalad Mobile technicians are on call seven days per week twenty-four hours per day to respond to after hour’s emergencies. Dial 216-447-0070 then dial #3 which will connect you to our answering service. Provide information to the operator as to the nature of your call. Be sure to provide a call back number. Our on-call person will call you back within fifteen minutes.

Request extended hours of air conditioning service for your suite Most Dalad Group multi-tenant office buildings are equipped with software based programmable air conditioning and heating systems. In these buildings, arrangements can typically be made to extend the hours of normal air conditioning and heating operations. Simply contact Tenant service representatives Lane Lisy or Kristine Kukich at 216-447-0070 during normal business hours to arrange service. An hourly fee based determined by which systems are required will be charged.

 

Request work order service for repairs or maintenance within your premises Dalad maintenance personnel are available to respond to service requests within your premises. Typically services include minor electrical and plumbing repairs, light carpentry, locksmithing, lamp replacement, furniture moving and disposal of boxes or old files. To establish a work request, just call the Dalad Group main number at 216-447-0070. Reserve a conference facility Conference facilities are available at the Genesis Building , Beacon Place , Rockside Center III and the Spectrum buildings at no charge on a first come first served basis to all Dalad Group tenants. To reserve a conference facility, call the Dalad Group main number at 216-447-0070 and ask for tenant services representatives Lane Lisy or Kristine Kukich .    

File a change of address or update your firm’s tenant contact information Changes in billing addresses, emergency contacts, primary office contacts, relocation of corporate offices, etc. should be called in or e-mailed into Kristine Kukich at 216-867-0573 or Lane Lisy 216-447-0070. We’ll be happy to assist you with account status and billing information.  Ask about construction or remodeling projects within your leased premises The Dalad Group maintains a fully staffed construction and remodeling team that provides construction services exclusively for tenants located in Dalad Group properties. Services include, space planning, modification cost estimates, project management and complete turnkey construction or remodeling.
