In his role as Chief Financial Officer at Dalad, Gary handles the accounting, finance, tax matters, treasury management and project financing. Gary is a CPA with 30+ years’ experience in various aspects of real estate. He got his start with a consulting firm in Chevy Chase, Maryland and has worked with a variety of firms. Hotels, construction, property management and development. His accomplishments include financing of a variety of projects including multi family, office, warehouse, and industrial. He has streamlined finance function, bringing tax function components in house. Gary attended Clarkson University where he received his B.S. in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio.
