As Associate Counsel at Dalad, Henry deals with a variety of real estate and corporate matters, including acquisitions, drafting and negotiating leases for both commercial and residential assets, litigation management and corporate governance. Prior to joining Dalad, Henry worked as Associate General Counsel for RMS Investment Group, a Cleveland-based family office and real estate developer, where he spent most of his time working on leasing and other legal matters for the Van Aken District mixed-use development project in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Before that, he worked for Colliers International in Columbus in commercial real estate valuation. Henry received his law degree from Ohio Northern University and his undergraduate degree from Denison University. Henry is fluent in both Polish and German.
