With over 26 years of experience, Joe has completed over 300 leasing transactions across more than two million square feet of commercial space on behalf of his clients. Joe joined Dalad in 2021 as the Vice President of Leasing and serves as the Principal Broker of the Dalad Realty, Co. He has primary responsibility for the leasing of Dalad’s 2.5 million square foot commercial portfolio throughout Northeastern Ohio.

Joe began his career as a practicing attorney specializing in commercial and business transactions in Ohio and Colorado before joining the national real estate services firm of Grubb & Ellis. He then worked for real estate subsidiary of the nationally renowned Playhouse Square Foundation, responsible for one of the largest historic office portfolios in downtown Cleveland. Most recently, Joe was a Vice President of Brokerage with the global real estate firm of Jones Lang Lasalle in its Cleveland, Ohio office.

Joe holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Taxation from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, a Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from the Capital University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honors from the University of Dayton. Joe is a licensed Ohio Real Estate Broker, and is also licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Colorado (inactive).
