With over 28 years’ experience in property management, Kelly has successfully grown her career through various property management assignments in the downtown Cleveland area. She joined the Dalad Group in August of 2022. Kelly got her start in 1994 as an Administrative Assistant to a Property Manager. Eventually, she was promoted to a Property Manager and over saw 900,000 sf of class A office space in downtown Cleveland. She managed several downtown high-rise buildings for building owners, to include all contract services, tenant relations, budget, and expense monitoring. Kelly is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Ohio.
