With 27 years’ experience, Kevin is a seasoned real estate manager of office, medical office, industrial and retail assets, whose focus is on meeting and exceeding client goals and objectives through financial management, tenant relationships and retention and vendor management.

Kevin joined the Dalad group in August of 2021 and currently oversees the property management functions, property operations, tenant relations and capital projects at assigned assets. He started his career at CB commercial, now CBRE in 1994 managing over 1 million square feet of office, retail and industrial real estate for a variety of institutional and private investors.

In 2000, moved to Equity Office Properties as a Senior property manager to manage 200 Public Square (formerly known as BP Tower) a 1.3 million square foot Class A+ office tower in Cleveland’s central business district.

Just prior to joining the Dalad Group in 2021, Kevin worked for 8 years at Newmark Knight Frank managing a variety of assets throughout Northeast Ohio for their 3rd party clients. Kevin is currently a member of the Board of Directors and a member of the program and Suburban Committees at BOMA Greater Cleveland. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cleveland State University in 1990, Ohio Real Estate License in 1992; BOMA Real Property Administrator (RPA) Designation in 2004.
