Neil Viny oversees all operations at the Dalad Group, including development, construction, property management, and brokerage, and is responsible for its 2.5 million square foot real estate portfolio in Northeast Ohio. Neil’s development experience includes ground-up development, historic rehabilitation and repositioning projects. He has also been involved with both asset and mortgage investments.

Neil has been active in real estate trade associations on both a local and national basis. He has served on NAIOP’S Corporate Board of Directors and has been a long-standing member of NAIOP’S Private Development Forum. He has also served as a trustee of the Northeast Ohio Chapter of NAIOP, and in 2014 he received the chapter’s Lifetime Achievement Award for development in Northeast Ohio. He is a former board member of the Cleveland chapter of BOMA and chaired its Suburban Section. He is also active in the Urban Land Institute and participated for more than a decade on a National Development Council. In 2014, Neil served as a volunteer executive for Cuyahoga County as it repositioned its own real estate portfolio.

Neil is a cum laude graduate of Yale University and received his MBA from Stanford University. He is also a 1989 graduate of Leadership Cleveland.
