Service is the key to the sustained success and the central focus for the Property Management division of the Dalad Group. We strive to provide excellent service to the clients who have entrusted us with the care of their assets by seeking first to understand the objectives they have and then developing our strategy for managing their portfolio. The goal is to maximize total return for each asset by enhancing revenue, while controlling expenses, through day-to-day management of the portfolio, and establishing comprehensive plans for all future capital improvements.
The drive to serve also extends to each of our tenants. We pursue an approach to meet their needs for the space they occupy in order to provide them with the best possible environment in which to function.
